AI receptionist for dental practices

Every new-patient call answered. Even when your front desk can't.

Ringwise picks up after hours, at lunch, on days you're closed, and when every line is busy. It answers as your practice, books the patient or takes their details, and texts your team right away.

Hi, I just moved here and I'm looking for a new dentist. Are you taking new patients?
We are! I can get you set up. Can I grab your name and the best number to reach you?
Sure, it's Maria. And I've had a toothache since yesterday.
I'm sorry, Maria. I'll flag that for the team so they reach out first thing Monday morning.
Text to your team: New patient · toothache since Thu · wants first available · callback number saved

The calls that slip through

Most new patients who hit voicemail don't leave a message. They call the next practice on the list. These are the moments Ringwise covers:

After hoursEvenings and early mornings
LunchWhen the phones go to voicemail
Closed daysFridays and weekends
Busy linesWhen the front desk is with a patient

How it works

Fully done for you. You don't have to learn new software or change how your office runs.

1

We learn your practice

Your hours, services, insurance you take, how you greet patients, and what counts as an emergency. Ringwise is set up to sound like your office.

2

It answers when you can't

Calls forward to Ringwise only when your team doesn't pick up, or during the hours you choose. Your front desk stays in charge.

3

Your team gets every lead

Each call ends with a booked appointment or a clear text summary: who called, why, and how to reach them.

Two ways to run it

You decide how much Ringwise handles.

Book appointments

Ringwise books new patients straight into open slots you've set aside, so they're on the schedule before they hang up.

Capture and text

Prefer to keep full control of your schedule? Ringwise takes the patient's details and texts them to your team, so you can call back first thing.

Now taking founding practices

Ringwise is just launching in North Carolina. The first few practices get:

  • A lower founding rate, locked in
  • Setup and tuning done personally by the founder
  • A demo that answers as your practice before you decide

Hi, I'm Justice

I started Ringwise in Jacksonville, NC, after seeing how many dental offices send calls to voicemail at lunch, after hours, and on Fridays. Every one of those is a patient who might book somewhere else.

I'm just getting started, so you'll work with me directly. I set everything up, listen to how your calls are going, and adjust until it sounds right for your office.

Questions

Does this replace my front desk?

No. It's for the calls your team can't physically get to. Your front desk keeps answering like they always have.

What if we want to control our own schedule?

Use capture-and-text mode. Ringwise doesn't book anything. It takes the caller's details and texts your team.

Will it sound like a robot?

It sounds natural and answers with your practice name and your details. The best way to judge is to hear it, which is why we start with a demo.

What about patient privacy?

We'll walk through exactly how call information is handled and stored on our call, before anything goes live.

Do we have to change our phone system?

Usually not. In most cases your existing line forwards unanswered calls to Ringwise. We'll check how your phones are set up on the call.

Call or text, or send an email. I'll show you what it would sound like answering for your practice.
